I don't think the word 'secret' is used more anywhere with any topic, than when talking about fitness.  Ironically, there ARE NO SECRETS!

You need to eat right and exercise consistently throughout your life if you would like to become fit and stay fit.

This entire website is devoted to the fact that there are no secrets.  So when you are asking  for 'tips',  if you have read the site, you already know what you need to do.

Here are some fitness tips :

Consistency is the key to success with exercise, don't cancel your workout.   "On again/ off again" bullshit with the exercise is a guaranteed way to never see progress.  Being inconsistent is death to progress.

Consistency is also key to success in eating.   If you eat great one week, and then eat terrible the next week, you are right back where you started and do not have hope to progress unless you are consistent.

 

so the best tips are :

1. keep crap out of mouth

2. keep ass working out on regular basis

 

Your body doesn't care what excuse you have if you keep messing up,.. it is still not going to show any results unless you do it right.
